Booking fee
The exhibition entrance booking fee, apart from the cost of ticket:
single € 1,00 per visitor
schools € 0,50 per student

Booking
The entrance booking to the exhibition is either for groups or for single bookings.
The entrance booking guarantees access to the exhibition at the time requested, even if at the busiest moments, thus avoiding tiresome queues.
The entrance to the exhibition can be booked for any moment of the day, starting from 00, 20 and 40 minutes past each hour up until 6 p.m. of each day.
The exhibition closes at 7 p.m.
Booking is not compulsory but is extremely advisable on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Time that can be spent in the exhibition is unlimited: however, it is roughly calculated that a comprehensive visit takes about 60 minutes.

Tickets booked and paid in advance cannot be cancelled and  bookings cannot be altered.

Ticket collection
Booked tickets can be collected for the Arezzo exhibition from the booking box office at the Museo Statale d’Arte Medievale e Moderna [State Museum of Medieval and Modern Art], where the exhibition takes place.
To collect booked tickets, a means of identification and the number of the ticket order, as stated in the e-mail which will automatically be sent on purchase of the tickets, must be produced.
Whoever makes the booking must turn up at the box office at least 10 minutes before entrance time.

Payment
Booking fees are an extra €1,00 on every booked ticket, with the exception of school bookings where the booking fee is an extra €0,50 for each student.
Visitors who book reduced price tickets will have to demonstrate their right to a reduction when they collect their ticket.
Tickets can also be booked on this Internet website, by credit card payment.

Guided visits and educational laboratories
Guided visits (for groups, single bookings and for schools) and educational laboratories can be booked with the same method as that of ticket booking. The fee for this service will be paid together with the price for the tickets.
